Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 24, 2026

QuickBill ("we", "us", "our") operates the website www.quickbill.cash and provides a web-based invoice generation service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

Information we collect

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive and store your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely to identify your account and manage your subscription.

Invoice data: When you create and save invoices, the data you enter (business details, client details, line items, amounts) is stored securely in our database. Invoice data is associated with your user account and is not shared with third parties.

Usage without an account: If you use QuickBill without signing in, no personal data is collected or stored. Invoice data remains in your browser only and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly export a PDF.

Logo uploads: Pro users can upload a business logo (PNG or JPEG, max 512KB). Logos are stored securely and are only used to render invoices.

How we use your data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the QuickBill service: creating invoices, saving your history, generating PDFs, sending invoice emails, creating shareable links, and managing your Pro subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe to QuickBill Pro, Paddle collects and processes your payment information directly. We never receive, see, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, invoicing, and regulatory compliance on our behalf.

For information about how Paddle processes your data, please see Paddle's Privacy Policy and Paddle's Terms of Use.

Data security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access to your data is isolated through row-level security policies — you can only access your own invoices, contacts, and profile. Authentication cookies are set with httpOnly, secure, and sameSite attributes to prevent unauthorized access.

Cookies

We use strictly essential cookies for authentication only (maintaining your signed-in session). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No third-party trackers are loaded on our website. The only third-party scripts loaded are Paddle.js (for payment processing) when you initiate a checkout.

Data retention

Your account data and invoices are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete individual invoices, they are permanently removed from our database. Shared invoice links expire automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete individual invoices and contacts directly from the application. To request a complete account deletion and removal of all associated data, please email us at contact@quickbill.cash. We will process your request within 7 business days.

International data transfers

Our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) may process data in the United States and European Union. By using QuickBill, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these jurisdictions, which maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of QuickBill after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
