Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 19, 2026

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your email address, name, and profile picture. When you create invoices, the invoice data is stored in our database tied to your account. We do not collect data from users who don't sign in — everything stays in your browser.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the QuickBill service: generating invoices, saving your invoice history, and managing your Pro subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment data, card information, and billing. We never see or store your payment details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

Authentication

We use Supabase for authentication, which supports Google OAuth. Your password is never stored by us — authentication is handled entirely through Google's secure OAuth flow.

Data storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. This means your data is isolated — you can only access your own invoices and profile. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. No third-party trackers are loaded on our site.

Data deletion

You can delete individual invoices from the Saved Invoices panel at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within 7 days.
