These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuickBill, a web-based invoice generation service operated at www.quickbill.cash. By using QuickBill, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
QuickBill is an online invoice generator that allows users to create, export, send, and share professional invoices. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. QuickBill is not accounting software and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
Free tier: Provides unlimited invoice creation and clean PDF export using the Classic template, 7 fiat currencies, shareable invoice links, and saved contacts. No account is required for basic usage. The free tier is provided at no cost with no time limit.
Pro tier ($2.99/month): Adds 4 premium templates (Modern, Bold, Elegant, Minimal), custom logo upload, crypto currency support (BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT), and email invoice sending. Pro is a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time — your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
All payments for QuickBill Pro are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for all payment processing, billing, applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax), and regulatory compliance. When you purchase a Pro subscription, you are entering into a transaction with Paddle, and Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply to that transaction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the stated price. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests should be directed to Paddle's support within 14 days of the charge. Paddle handles all refund processing in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
Account creation is optional. You can use QuickBill's core features (invoice creation and PDF export) without signing in. If you choose to sign in with Google, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use QuickBill to: generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive invoices; impersonate another person or business; conduct illegal activities; attempt to bypass Pro feature restrictions without payment; overload our infrastructure through automated or excessive requests; upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the security of the service; or use the service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
QuickBill's software, design, brand, content, and documentation are owned by QuickBill and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Invoices you create using QuickBill belong to you. You retain full ownership of all content you enter into the service, including business information, client details, and line item descriptions.
Your use of QuickBill is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of QuickBill is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. QuickBill is an invoice generation tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, financial, or legal services.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to QuickBill but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of QuickBill after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
