QuickBill is a web-based invoice generator that allows users to create, export, and manage invoices. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
The free tier provides unlimited invoice creation with PDF export (includes a QuickBill watermark). The Pro tier ($4.99, one-time payment) removes the watermark and unlocks premium templates. Pro is a lifetime license with no recurring charges.
Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and compliance. Refund requests should be directed to Paddle's customer support within 14 days of purchase. We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused Pro licenses.
Account creation is optional. You can use QuickBill without signing in. If you choose to sign in with Google, you agree to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You agree not to use QuickBill for any unlawful purpose, to generate fraudulent invoices, to attempt to bypass Pro features without payment, or to overload our servers with automated requests. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
QuickBill and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuickBill and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Invoices you create using QuickBill belong to you.
QuickBill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Pro tier ($4.99). QuickBill is not a financial or accounting service and does not guarantee the accuracy of tax calculations.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of QuickBill after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the website.
